Putting a server on it
One code covers as many servers as you bought. Install the same MSI — headless where there is no desktop — then claim the seat and say where the email goes, from an administrator prompt:

The service indexes the fixed volumes and keeps them current. The first document goes within the hour; the console shows the server from then on, and the digest arrives on the schedule you set there. On a server with a desktop the ordinary install and the window do the same.
The console is at reclaimapi.innovative-sol.com/fleet — it opens with the code, which is never in a link or an email. Anyone holding the code sees the fleet's documents: volume labels, top-level folder names, account names, disk models. Keep it as you would a password.
Add servers later by buying more with the same email address; the code stays. Renew from this page a quarter of the term before the end — one reminder email tells you when.

Three PCs, by name
Your PCs in Settings lists each one — "AMD Ryzen 9 5950X · Windows 11", or a name you give it. Free a seat from any PC on the licence when you replace one.
Reinstalls take care of themselves
A reinstalled PC re-claims its seat with the remembered code. A term licence ends unless you renew it; you get one email a quarter of the term before the end, and one the day after if it ended — the same code comes back with a renewal.
The Pro pill opens the licences window
The badge in the title bar says what your copy is — PRO · until 10 Sep 2027, amber when the renewal window opens, PRO · lifetime, TRIAL · 9 days left, or Get PRO. It opens a window that follows what you hold: a licence that ends offers Another year, Another 2 years or Move up to lifetime, and renewing keeps the same code on the same PCs; Free or a trial sees the three terms; lifetime can add three more PCs. Settings says it in one button: Buy new licence, or Buy more time.
